Glitches in Access

I have Access 2003 Version11.8166.8221 (SP3)
i dont know if my database is corrupt or there are issues with the
Application. If i open a table and then click the + on a record to view
related data it works fine but if i then Delete that record Access Crashes
every time, I can delete delete records and expand records just not one after
the other,,,,

Also quite regularly when i return to the database window i can not select
any of the items (tables Queries Scroll bars ect) unless i first Grab the top
border and move the window slightly then everything works fine.

is there a fix or a patch somewhere or am i corrupted. If im corrupted how
do i repair the issue???

1. Have you applied the Post SP3 Hotfix?

2. You really shouldn't be using tables directly. You should use forms for
entry.
