This is only happening with ONE user - we are using Microsoft Exchange server.
The user is using Outlook 2002.
If the user opens the global address list and selects any random person
listed to see the properties - only the name information shows up. All the
other fields are blank such as address, phone number, and other contact
information.
Nobody else is experiencing this issue - we can see the properties fine from
any other machine and on the server as well.
Please help!!
