Global calendar

Hello all,

I'd like to setup a global calendar on our Exchange 2003 server, but I'm
having trouble finding documentation on how to setup what I need.

What I'd like to have is a global calendar that is applied to all users
mailboxes. I'd like the things added to the global calendar to show up in
their calendars, as well as have them be able to add their own things to
their calendars.

I'd like to have only a few select people be able to edit and add new items
to the global calendar (ie - executive secretary, etc).

Is this possible to accomplish? It seems like it should be, but for some
reason I can't find much info on a setup like this.
