....Yes you can do a Global update to every page
....(though not at one go), but within a few clicks, anyway.

....Select Edit, Replace, or do a Ctrl-H. Make sure
....you select the HTML tab, and "Find in HTML".
....
....Put your "search criteria" in the find section, and "what
....you want to replace it with" in the replace section.
....
....That way, you will change all instances of the occurrence
....as some have uppercase and some do not.
