Can we or not create a global enterprise template which includes your
document library?

Otherwise, every new project has to create their set of specific
folders that are mandatory for the firm.

That is a great question that I would be also interested in hearing a
response on. I would like to ensure we create standardized libraries,
and it would certainly be more efficient if these could be instantiated
the first time a project is published.
