Global error message

I've started receiving the following error message each time the
enterprise global template is loaded. Any suggestions?

"An import error occurred.
Check row 3179 column OC_DESCRIPTION."

Jerry:

This might indicate that there's an invalid character in one of your Outline
code descriptions. Make sure that you haven't used special characters or
have leading or trailing spaces in these.

What are considered as special characters? Is '-' also considered as one?
Because I am having a similar error on the EnterpriseOutlineCode1 and I am
baffled on this error...

It's easier to remember which characters are allowed: Numbers, Letters,
Space, and Underscore.
