If you Group each of the worksheets by clicking on each tab while holding
Ctrl or alternatively click on the left most sheet and hold SHIFT and click
on the right most sheet.
Then just insert the rows as per normal and they will be inserted in all
grouped worksheets.
Right-click on first sheet and "select all sheets".
Insert your row(s) on first sheet and will be inserted in all sheets.
DO NOT FORGET to right-click and "ungroup sheets" when complete.
