GMAIL IMAP Issues

Entourage 2008, just downloades SP1 today.

I'm very frustrated. I want to use entourage in place of mail/ical/
addressbook.

However when I try to use it, and manipulate any message or mailbox
(delete a message) or view a mailbox; I receive an error.

"Quit and restart Entourage. If this problem continues you might need
to verify and rebuild the entourage database."

An error occured on the IMAP server

Account name "Gmail"

Well did you rebuild your database?? (hold the alt key down as you
launch Entourage),

Yup, and as soon as I launched it and started scrolling through a
gmail imap folder it popped up the same error.

You may want to try a new identity to help narrow down if there is still
something in your DB that is causing the problem or with your account.
Don't just delete and create a new account, incase there is a problem with
the DB.
