Do we have significant errors in Excel 2013 or how do I manage to stumble so easily?

A2=15*B2 and A3= A1+A2 and the same for D/E and G/H. Pretty simple except when I use GS 2013 to set D3 and G3 to 10. Can't even get the same answer twice let along get it right!

For some reason the sum in the 3rd row ends up being a constant. Really good upgrade - NOT!

I'd upload the xlsx file if I could
