Goal seek gone

a while back i used to have Goal seek, for some strange reason it
delted from the Tools option. When i go to back to search for it i
can't find it. I try many things to look for it for no look. Is there a
way to add in Goal seek to excel 2003? anything will be great.

I went to Tolls >Customise>Reset Menue and Toolbar usage data
Goal Seek still not there. Any other ideas?
