Going Directly To The WORD Component In MS Works: How ?

R

Robert11

Hello:

Couldn't find a specific MS Works forum, so I thought I'd try here as being
most appropriate.
Have a new PC that came with MS Works pre-installed.

Apparently, it uses Word 2002 as the word processing component.

It's a real annoyance getting to it, as you have to go thru their "Works
Task Laucher," and then another click or two.
Tried to find the .exe to Word 2002 in the Works folder, but couldn't.

Would like to put a shortcut on my Desktop to go directly to Word 2002
(that's part of Works) without having to go thru all
the MS Works nonsense.

Anyone know how to do this ?

Thanks,
Bob
