Going from Word 2000 to Word 2003, how to equalize drawing grid?

We upgraded from windows 98 / word 2000 9.0.2720 to XP/ word 2003 and have a
problem with word files having drawn lines on a form being displayed property
under word 2003. The lines do not line up the same in word 2003 and other
items have shifted. Is it a problem with different grid settings? How can
this be fixed? Any thoughts?
