Try the Current event - the Current event of the form fires whenever record
navigation occurs.

Hello there

I have a continues form that looks like line in table

Is there a way to know when the user that moves in the form is moving next
line or previous line?

any help would be useful

Try the record selector. This you would find under form
properties.
