Going to Outlook from Netscape Navigator

Someone at our company is getting a new computer with
Outlook 2003.

They currently use Netscape Navigator to check their
email.

Our company uses POP3 email.

If we convert them to Outlook, is there a way that we
can transfer their contacts to Outlook so that they
will not have to re-enter them?
