GOLF Spreadsheet problem

I'm trying to set up a spreadsheet for tournament play. Each fligh
pays the top 30%. In a flight of 12 players, it would pay
players...1st Gross, 1st Net, 2nd Gross, 2nd Net. I need a formul
that would find the #1 & #2 Gross scores and the #1 & #2 Net scores
keeping in mind that once the #1 Gross score is determined, the Ne
score is cancelled out of the Net ranking as well as when the #1 Ne
score is determined, the Gross score is cancelled out. Once I ge
that, I can throw in the formula to calculate the Pool money.

Any help would be appreciated.
