google question

Hi newbie here

My website has been up and running for two weeks and still Google will not
find it. I even submitted my URL to them. Any ideas?

Also, submit it to www.dmoz.org
If / when they pick up, everyone will.

Do other sites have links to your site? Do you have a title on every
page of your site? Does every page have actual text on it and not all
word art?

If all these are yes, you'll have listings in about a month,
otherwise, don't hold your breath waiting.

Thanks to both of you, I appreciate you taking the time to reply. The main
words are actually part of a logo imported from MS Publisher, but I'll wait
a bit longer and see.

The words in the logo will never get picked up. Repeat the words in
the text someplace.
