Power Point is an Office presentation application. Go here:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx

Click on Downloads for Office 2003. The find Power Point 2003 in the
application list and click on Viewers. You will go to a page to download a
Power Point viewer that is compatible with Power Point 97 or later.
Download the viewer and install it.
Save your attachment to your hard drive and use the viewer.

This isn't MS technical support - it's a peer-to-peer support group. If you
don't know what PowerPoint is, how do you know to post here? Lucky guess?

And the reason you couldn't have Googled to answer your own questions is...?
www.webopedia.com - answers to most of your questions.
