Winowsd reboot error

I was defraging my pc and did not backup. Upon rebooting I this error
<windows2000root>\system32ntoskrnl.exe what should I do?

Sorry you have this problem, but I it has nothing to do with
Microsoft Office, which is what this newsgroup supports.
