Hi,

In a form I have a command button for a change one record in a subform:

"Me.subform_name.Requery" -> is ok

After that, I use
"DoCmd.GoToRecord , "subform_name", acFirst"

for go to the first record in that subform, but I get an error
"Run time error 2489
The object 'subform_name' isn't open"

Where is the problem?

You have to set the focus to the subform control name.

Me.SubformControlName.Setfocus
DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acFirst
