Goup Header problem

I have 3 groups

Site Name
Class Name
Attendence Date

The CLASS NAME is force new page before keep together.
This works untill the Site Name groupe changes the following occurs

Site name (1)
Class Name
Attendence Date

Site name (1)
SiteName (2)
Class Name Attendence date



The last page is blank except for the the last Site Name
