I am trying to figure out the best way to track multiple grants across a
non-profit organization. I need to deliver reports on financials for each
grant as well as current and future resource allocations to allow for
planning. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Grant,
I would strongly suggest that your best application would be excel, or
Access. Excel is really a calculation application suited to tracking
financials in terms of budgets, actuals and forecasts.

Whilst you could use Project it is really an application for determining
when a sequence of related activities will be completed of which the
financial component of that activity in my opinion is a secondary feature.
