Graph axis to change based on user input

I'm using Excel 2010. I have a graph with dates along the x-axis and
other data along the y.

I would like the x-axis to change based on the start and ends dates
entered by the user. There is a column with all the available dates
and the associated data.

Can this be done? any help on this would be great.
