Graph in Report

I have been looking for the past hour for my answer and I don't see it, so I
apologize in advance if this answer is out there somewhere.

I have a report with several calculations in it, based on a parameter query.
I want to create a graph (bar or line), using the calculated fields from the
report. Is there a way to do this?

Example:
My report lists one agent per page with their stats (such as number of calls
taken, average work time per call, how much time they were off the phone, etc.
) all based on the time frame given in the parameters of the query (2/1/2009 -
2/4/2009). It also lists their team's averages for the same time period.

I want to be able to graph the agent, along with the rest of the team, to see
where they fall among each other. Any suggestions?

I've tried to create a query that would return all of my calculations, but
they are too complicated (or at least that's the error I'm receiving).
Thanks for any help!!

IMO, parameter queries have no place in your (or my) applications
http://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?fid=6763. Using parameters might be the
cause of your issues. However, we don't know much of anything about your
query or calculations.

If you can't figure out how to reduce the complexity, you may need to push
records into temporary tables for reporting and/or graphing.
