There is a graph in Excel that I want to paste with some text in word. When
I try to paste that spreadsheet in Word it comes up in 2 pages, making it
look messey. It is probably more wider in breadth than the word document
and it probably throws the half in next page! But importing cuts off the
2nd page part and keeps it in one
page with that incomplete half look! How can I have a perfect format!
Please help :(

Your problem description is a bit contradictory. Either it pastes on two pages,
or only on one. Most likely, just on one. There is NO WAY to get a graphical
object to split across pages in a Word document, the way it can in Excel.

You must reduce the size of the object, either before you copy it or after
pasting, so that it fits on a single page. Or, you'd need to paste it into a
graphic program and split the picture into two separate pictures, importing
these onto two separate pages.

Thanks Cindy, what happens is, there are 2 scenerios:
1.when i copy paste it from excel onto word, it ends up in 2 pages, you know
how the discription of the map on the side and the map itself, they are on
two seperate pages.
2.when i import it from excel. It imports on 1page but the discription of
the map is missing!
Well, for the timebeing i have sort of managed to print it on different
sheets and scanned it putting it together! The formating thing i have tried
before asking for help here but will be helpful if there is any graphic
program, on the net that i can use for things like this?
THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY CINDY :0)

I'm not sure I'm quite following what it is you're trying to do. Get the entire
"picture" of the Excel window into a graphic? You ought to be able to do this with
PrintScreen on your keyboard. Other than that, graphics programs such as
PaintShopPro or SnagIt have screen capture capabilities.
