Graphic converter missing?

Susan

One of our people has been using a specific clip art on
Publisher 2003 (Win XP) fine, but now when she tries to
insert it from the clip art she gets the message that says
she needs a graphics converter. The instructions say to
go through Add or Remove Programs then click the "Change"
button, but no luck. I reinstalled Publisher 2003 from
the original CD, still no luck. She can copy and paste
the specific graphic from a previous document, but she's
afraid that others she may want to use but does not have
in an existing document may give her the same message. Any
idea what has happened and what to do next?

Thanks in advance...

1. What kind of graphic? Can you upload a sample?
2. What do you mean by "no luck" when going to "change". What did you do
when you went to "change"?

Maybe the following KB article will address the issue:

(822518) You cannot preview or insert images
correctly when you use Web Collections to
search the Internet for clip art thumbnails in
Office 2003

Thanks, John. That solved the problem...sort of. After
deleting the Temporary Internet Files, we were able to
download the clip in question, but when we tried it again,
we got the same message as before. But then we right
clicked the clip, and went to the site it mentioned as the
source, (http:\\office.microsoft.com), found the specific
clip, then downloaded it. Thanks!
