Graphic help on template

I've created two letterhead templates, the only difference between the two is
the logo used. The one template everyone can use, but the other one certain
people can't use it. It doesn't appear correctly on their screen and when
they try to open it it looks like a blank page and then gives them an error
and shuts down Word.

Has anyone else every had this problem?

some things to test: delete the "offending" logo. Do the people still
have trouble with the template then? If that fixes it, try re-inserting
the logo.
