Graphic won't sit flush in corner of doc

I used auto shape in word to create a triangle in uppper right hand corner of
document so that I could put a number in the triangle to denote the number of
a checklist series. I never had a problem making the triangle FLUSH in the
upper right hand corner so there was no white space around the triangle. NOw,
for some unknown reason I can't get rid of the white space around the
triangle. You see it as flush in normal view but when I review it in print
view there is always white space around the outside of the triangle. So, how
do I get it FLUSH in the corner without the white space around it when I
print it? Thank you.

Word always obeys the printer driver. If the driver says there's an
unprintable area along the edges of the paper, then Word's print preview and
actual printout won't print anything in that area, regardless of what the
Print Layout view (not Normal view) shows.

If your printer supports printing all the way to the edge of the paper
(sometimes called "bleed"), there will be a setting for it in the dialog you
get by clicking the Properties button in the Print dialog.
