Graphical Indicator won't display

I have a Project Text field that contains a formula and that works.
The problem is I have Graphical Indicator to show RED if RED and Green if
Green, but the buttons don't show, just the words Red or Green.
This is both in Project and in PWA.
What am I doing wrong?
