Hi there,

Can someone tell me how I set up a graphical indicator to show the
completion status of a task. Eg, Red for 0%, Amber for 1 - 99% and Green for
100%.

thanks

Hello Carpy :
Use a custom field such as Number1 with a formula : [% Complete]
Then, in the Graphical Indicators box:

Test for Number1:
equals, value : 0, Image : Red
is less than: value : 100, Image : yellow
equals : value : 100, Image : green

thanks Gerard, that has worked for all the sub-tasks, but the main detailing
the overall duration, does not change colour. Am I doing something wrong or
is there something else I need to do.

Carpy,
In the "Customize Fields" dialog, click the "Rollup" check box in front of
"Calculation for task and group summary rows".
