Graphical Signatures not always working with replies or forwards

I've created a signature with a graphic but it does not always work when I
reply to an email or forward the email.

It always works, when I create a new one though.

What am I doing wrong?

Graphical signatures won't always work. A lot of mail servers will just convert
them to text or drop them.

A graphical mail signature can more than triple the size of a email that it just
a few lines in length. Don't use them. Stick with plain text.
