I will try that but there's still the issue that it only is effected by my
work computer, therefore, I don't know how many browsers out there have the
same issue (or if it pretty specific to an issue I have).

Also, photo's with links, that have been done a year ago (which all have
Relative Paths) are the ones that no longer show up on my work computer
browser.

It can't be that these are imported incorrectly since many of these were
done a year ago. Making the path ABSOLUTE is a work around that I don't
plan to implement over the entire website because it is to large. I really
think the issue is a browser issue.

Just some added information here (worthy of noting):
Also worthy of noting... I do websites therefore I can test these scenarios
out very quickly.

If I create a thumbnail photo and link it to a jpg or any photo, the
thumbnail is viewable with my browser. However, if I take any thumbnail
photo and link it to a .html file (which contains photos or text or both),
then that thumbnail is no longer viewable with my browser. Remember this is
only the case with my work computer, not my home computer (which are running
together at my house on the same DSL).

Since this issue only occurs on one client, I agree with you that this
issue is related to the browser or the client machine. I suggest you reset
the IE setting to perform a test if you use IE as your web browser. For
detailed steps:

1. Delete the cookies
1) Click Start, click Search and click For Files or Folders
2) Type "Cookies" (without the quotation marks) and click Search Now
3) Delete files in the cookie directory

2. Delete all the temporary files
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Click Tools, click Internet Options and click Delete Files button in the
General tab

3. Delete the downloaded objects
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Click Tools, click Internet Options and click settings button in the
General tab.
3) Press View Objects.
4) Remove all the Objects there.

4. Remove the Plug-Ins in Internet Explorer
1) Close all the Internet Explorer windows.
2) Open a Windows Explorer window by right Click My Computer and choose
Explore.
3) Locate the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS
4) Remove all the files in this folder.
Note: You may also move them to another folder.

5. Delete Software Distribution folder
1) Stop Automatic Updates service.
a. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc.
b. In the right pane, stop the Automatic Updates service.
2) Delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder.
3) Test the issue again.

6. Reset all settings of Internet Explorer
1) Under the General tab, click Clear history button.
2) Under the Security tab, click Default Level button.
3) Under the Content tab. Under Content Advisor the button default is
"Enable..."
Click on "Clear SSL" under Certificates, and click on "OK."
4) Under "Local Area Network (LAN) settings" click on the "LAN Settings..."
button - remove all checkmarks and settings unless actually required to use
a proxy and close the window
5) Under the Programs tab, click Reset Web Settings.
6) Under the Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults button.
Under Browsing put a checkmark into or remove the checkmark from "Enable
third-party browser extensions (requires restart)".
7) Click on "Apply", then "OK"
8) Close Internet Explorer and restart the computer.

7. Disable all third party Add-ons
1) Open Internet Explorer.
2) Click Tools to select Manage Add-ons.
3) Disable all third party Add-ons.

Thanks for the suggestions:
I've done most of this many times with no results. I did read everything
and tried it all.
Nothing seems to be working.

Maybe I will install XP (instead of w2k) on another harddrive and migrate
everything over to that. Then my "work" machine will just run XP.

An IIS log file is created with every update, but if I don't change
anything, there won't be anything logged.
I can make mods to the page just to creat a log page and send it to you but
I'm not sure this log is worth it. It just verifys the files that got
uploaded. We know they are uploading because everybody else can see the
website perfectly and so can I if you use FireFox.

I suspect your talking about a different log file?

The problem ended up to be a software issue (conflict).

The issue definitely Zone Alarm.
Now the question is ... what kind of adjustment can I make to the way ZA
runs that will not cause this issue?

More testing required
