Graphics Disappearing on XP Pro

I have a client that recently upgraded to Windows XP Pro. Afte
transferring files from their older Windows machines to XP Pro, th
graphics are not showing up in their PPT presentations - only blac
boxes. I created their orignial PPT presentations in PowerPoint 98 on
MAC and they worked great on their older Windows machines. I believ
they use to be on Windows 2000 and I'm checking if they upgraded thei
PPT software, if that's even an issue. Any suggestions? fixes
workarounds

I'd have them first try updating their video drivers and changing

This is not so much a Windows OS problem as it is a PPT issue. Make sure
your client has the most recent Services Packs for their version of PPT.
