Graphics don't show up!

When I add an autoshape or a clip art, for some reason it does not show up on
my document. The box around it shows up, allowing me to resize the object or
rotate it, but it's invisible! I've tried formatting the autoshapes,
changing the line to a thicker line or different color and I've also tried
filling it with a color but nothing works. However, when I go to print it,
it shows up! It also does not show up on Print Preview. What am I doing
wrong? Thanks in advance.

View, pictures, detailed display...

If this doesn't help, slide the acceleration down on your adapter, control panel,
display folder, settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab.
If the issue is then solved go the manufacturer's web site of your graphics card and
look around for an updated driver.

I had the same issue...but your suggestions did not work.
Here's some more background:
The pictures were showing fine. After a couple of hours they no longer
displayed. Now if I insert another picture it does NOT display. If I copy
and paste into a new document, it DOES NOT display. If I insert into another
doc it DOES NOT work. If I insert into a WORD doc...it DOES work. If I
print...it DOES work.
I have rebooted my laptop...and still no success. It will no longer show
pictures.
Thanks, MIKE

Have you looked for an updated video driver? This is not a Publisher issue, this is a
display/hardware problem.
