graphics in labels

I am trying to add graphics to return address labels and seem to find out exactly how to do this. I cannot access my toolbar when I'm in the envelopes and label window. When I design my label in Word it won't transfer to the label window.

I have followed the info from the website and I still can't get my graphic to print on my label. All that shows is {autotext"logo"}, no picture. I did F9 to no avail.

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, clear the check box for "Field codes."
