Graphics in MS Office small buisness 2003

HELP!
I'm working on a display program, that although not graphic intense does
require a few graphic clip art.
For some reason, although the graphic box is there, with the little white
buttons and rotator, the graphic file itself is absent - although it does
print out (but not in the print preview).
I'm guessing there is a simple solution - but damn if I can find it.
If possible please reply direct.....
Many thanks
Bryan

Hi Bryan,

If you're in Word check the setting for Picture Placeholders
in Tools=>Options=>View.

1) View > Pictures, check it's set to 'show pictures'
2) Update the driver for your graphics card.
3) If that doesn't work, then please repost in microsoft.public.publisher
