When I reply or forward Plain Text messages, the Graphic in my Signature does
not show. Can this be corrected?

You will have to reply by NOT using the same format as the sender.
Was there a problem in understanding what was meant by PLAIN *text*?
When you send, reply, or forward, you could change the formatting for
your new message to, say, HTML (which is still all text because ALL
e-mail is sent as text whether plain or encoded).

Since these senders already know who you are because they sent YOU an
email, why do you even need to bother including a signature when
replying to them? That would be like an old buddy walking up to give
me a note where later I read it and send it back to him but then
staple on my business card. Duh, he already knows who I am!

Actually, I was just wanting to know if I could change an a plain text
message to an HTML message on a forward orreply and I've now discovered it
can be corrected very easily. When you reply or forward, just click the
Options tab and click HTML and that changes it to an HTML message - but then
you have to do a manual insert of your signature on the Insert tab.

Why would you want to override the sender's preference for the type of email he/she will accept? Many people do not like HTML or have clients that do not support HTML. The polite thing to do is respect that sender's senses and reply using their format.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, P Fruin asked:
