graphics problem

I am having problems with JPG and GIF photos. They show up in frontpage and
they should up in frontpage preview. They also show up on other peoples pcs
but when I go to the website it displays some but not others. Its something
I've never seen, anyone know what the problem is?

PS Using frontpage 97, disabled firewall and tried deleting cookies, temp
net files and history!

Graphics files not showing up when the site is viewed on
line is usually indicative of the files not being
imported to your Front Page disk based web (the one on
your PC).

When this happens the link to the file is on your PC but
not within your disk based web. Only things contained
within your disk based web are transferred to the live
site when you publish. The bad links point to your PC and
should be able to be viewed using the on line site but
they cannot be viewed from other PC's as they do not have
access to your PC.

Are you connected to the internet and using File Preview in Browser?

I would suggest you go back and recreate the links for
those problem pictures.

already did. still no go. I guess I'm justing going to let it go. As I
said tey display on other computers and even on my other w2k installation on
this computer. For some reason my main w2k installation will not display
them!

Do a file search for *.web and delete all found and then the same for *.tmp
and then try it.
