Graphics show up great in PPT but all black in print

Anyway ever seen this. We have graphics that show up fine and then when I
print out, they should up as a black box. some graphics work and some don't.

One of our designers have this issue:

"Yes exactly - Some things come out black completely and some things that
were white text on dark background go to black text on dark background (not
good). I don't know the secret sauce to resolve. Was hoping you might or
know a PowerPoint expect who could investigate. I thought maybe there's
something in the Slide Design color palette settings...."
