how do i create an oval and put my text inside it, then use the same oval and
put two other texts on either side of it, wrapping around the oval? Thankx.

Hi-

Although you may get some very imaginative responses to the contrary, the
short answer is that in Word, you don't.

In order to do what you describe with an acceptable degree of precision,
control & appearance you need to use a program that allows you to wrap text
to a path... such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Freehand, Fireworks,
etc. Once you create the graphic you can then insert it into a Word doc.
