Graphics wont stay still

Hi. When I paste graphics into my Word 2002 document, they seem to go where I
want them, but if I try to move them (say drag them to center), and they're
on a new page, they seem to migrate to the top of the page and stick there,
regardless of the top of page margin. I've tried all sorts of formatting
options, including moving the anchor, but nothing seems to work. Any
suggestions?

1. Does this happen only with this one document, or also with new documents?

2. Have you tried using the Format dialog box to change the position?
