I have several presentations that I do for my job, we upgraded to 2003 Office
today and now all of my graphics on powerpoint from 2000 will not appear. Is
there a patch or an upgrade that was missed in the intial loading of 2003 or
is this a problem with the office product itself.

Open PowerPoint 2003 and go to Help > Check for Updates. Follow the links for
Check for Updates to apply Service Pack 1. It will correct the problem you are
seeing.

I'm having the same problem with PowerPoint 2002. We just upgraded to
Windows XP and on some of my presentations, the graphics will appear on the
Slide Sorter, preview panes and Slide Show, but not in Normal View. We've
upgraded to SP3. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Thanks for the advice. I updated my video drivers, but it didn't work. I'm
still having the same problem. My office will not allow XP SP2 to be loaded
yet because it conflicts with other programs we run. Is there anything else
I can do?
