To show graphics in Outlook 2003, do the following:
1. Open Outlook
2. Click on Tools and then Options
3. Select the Secuirty tab and click on "Change automatic download settings"
4. Uncheck "Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML
messages". Click on OK and OK
