graphing actual costs against budget costs

Is there a way that you can easily produce a chart the shows the comparison
betwen actual and budget costs on a monthly basis as the project progresses
on a monthly basis?

In Project 2003 use the Export Time Phased data to Excel wizard on the
Analysis toobar. In P2007 this is a Visual Report under "Reports"
