graphs with multiple variations

hello,

I 've some problems with graphs in excel. I want to make schedule like graph
or diagram...
on the x-axis a timeline
on the y-axis list of employees
the colom or line (named after a certain project an employee is envolved in
for a certain time) should indicate the time an employee is working at a
project.

could you suggest anything here?
