I am trying to look up a percentage in one workbook that is less than 90% and
place that percentage in another workbook with the name of the department.

Workbook 1:

Department Test 1 Test 2

Lab 100% 84%


Workbook 2:

Department test 1 Test 2

Lab 84%

Any help would be great.
