Grater than or less than formula

I am trying to bring back a value to cell L31

if L30 is <$355 then put $30.00 in cell L31
if L30 is >or equal to $355 then multiply by 0.085

or better
=L10*IF(L10>=355,1.085,0)

to
=L10*IF(L10>=355,1.085,1)
