Grayed out information

I'm trying to change the server location on the collaboration tab in Project
2002 and it is grayed out......same in the project server accounts dialog
box.......anyone know why? Thanks. Ken

Not really clear on what you mean by "the collaboration tab in Project
2002" - but in the second part of your question you lead me to believe that
you may be trying to alter an account that you're actively using to connect
to Project Server. If this is the case, you may have your connect state set
to automatically detect. What you need to do is set this to manual, then
exit project. When you restart project, it should give you the choice to
connect or not. Select My Computer, Work Offline and try changing the
account again.
