Greyscale view shows colours as shades of grey. B&W not surprisingly shows
only black and white - no greys. Both only effect the screen view if you cut
and paste eg to somewhere else or save and open again colour will be back. If
you print AND choose B&W or greyscale in the print dialogue you will get what
you see.

Options - right click a shape while in either view and choose greyscale (or
B&W) settings

B&W of cos shows black n white only!
Differences is mainly on the images or darker text font as grey colour will
take over.
u mentioned:"you print AND choose B&W or greyscale in the print dialogue you
will get what you see." By printing of cos i know e differnces.
Thanks!
