greeting cards...inside

I was looking on this thread and found some information to help with the
greeting card, But it said on page 4 if you wanted to put anything on that
page you would have to manually rotate. I cant figure out how to do that.
does anyone know how. thanks

It is important to know what version Publisher. Are you trying to create a top
fold card? Will the card be one letter size folded or two per letter size?
