Grey things in the Corner (related with Margins?)

Hi, I've recently installed Microsoft Word on my new PC, and I get these grey
like L Shapes near each corner.. I've asked every single Computer Whizz I
know, and I'd say I was fairly competent with Word, but I don't know how to
get rid of them.
I have an image which may help you understand what I mean, that can be

it's zoomed in).
They're really distracting and... I just want to get rid of them! Maybe
someone here can tell me how to fix this? Many thanks, Luke.
